Huawei 1280 Double Head is a new type of laser engraving and cutting machine that integrates engraving and cutting. It is equipped with a set of low-power high-precision engraving lasers and a set of high-power cutting lasers, achieving the function of engraving and cutting on the same machine.
◆ & nbsp; The unique design allows the spacing between the two heads to be adjusted according to the size of the workpiece, making the machine's functionality more ideal.
◆ & nbsp; The profile formed by high-precision mold casting has a high-strength and highly stable mechanical structure, with smooth CNC motion, fast speed, high precision, and long-term operation without adjustment. The engraving accuracy remains unchanged. The design concept of forward and backward integration of the machine body facilitates material flow and is suitable for processing infinitely long workpieces.
◆ Stable and comprehensive design concept, equipped with advanced industrial cooling system and automatic protection function for waterless alarm, improves the stability and safety of continuous operation. The comprehensive dust and pollution prevention design greatly improves the stability of the entire machine.
◆ Adopting a flight light path design, the structure is unique, the light path deviation is small, the stability is high, and the adjustment is convenient. The optical accessories use K9 reflectors and ZnSE focusing mirrors, which have finer light spots and stronger cutting power compared to similar accessories in terms of reflectivity/transmittance.
DSP control: Based on the PC PCI bus, the upper control unit adopts DSP-TMS320, XC2S300 and other control chips, which are high-speed, stable and have strong anti-interference ability. Optional more advanced USB control and FlashDisk offline control system.
◆ Independently developed high-efficiency laser power supply: adopting a new high-voltage switch mode and PWM main control technology, with more stable performance.
